Metzger McGuire MM-80 Semi-Rigid Epoxy Concrete Joint Filler is a two-component epoxy joint filler with 100% solids content. It is designed to fill, protect, and repair joints and cracks in industrial concrete floors subject to heavy, hard-wheeled traffic from carts, forklifts, and other vehicles handling substantial loads. This filler is intended for use in areas with final temperatures ranging from 40˚F (10˚C) to +120˚F(49˚C).

Once cured, MM-80 forms a gray, semi-rigid (hard yet slightly resilient) substance with a Shore hardness of A90-95. It provides the rigidity to support loads traversing joints, safeguarding edges from spalling. Additionally, it offers ample resiliency to prevent brittleness throughout the floor’s lifespan.

MM-80 demonstrates low-range tensile and adhesive strengths, essential characteristics that enable the joints to accommodate the concrete's shrinkage progression.

It's worth noting that MM-80 serves as the basis for joint filler standards established by ACI and PCA.
