What If I Was Shipped The Wrong Product?

If the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item) we will pay the return shipping costs.

How Does EpoxyETC Return Funds?
Credit for returns are normally processed within 3 business days from the date we receive the merchandise. Credit will be applied to the credit card or PayPal account given online when the original order was placed. You should expect to receive your refund within two weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund sooner. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

EpoxyETC operates Mondays-Fridays 9:00am - 5:00pm. If you reach out to us Friday evening and we do not get back to you, we will reach out first thing Monday morning.
