Rockhard FC MVB Concrete Moisture Vapor Barriers are designed to prevent moisture migration from concrete floors, protecting and extending the life of flooring systems. This fast-curing, 100% solids, two-component epoxy coating effectively controls moisture vapor emission rates on both new and deteriorated concrete surfaces.
