Scofield Formula One Liquid Dye Concentrate is a translucent dye concentrate designed to penetrate and color interior concrete surfaces before sealing, densification, or polishing. Easily diluted on-site with acetone, this material permeates properly prepared concrete—whether old or new. It allows for light application to gently tone surfaces or heavy application for deeper colors. Varying application techniques and topcoat selections can produce an array of effects, ranging from rich, paint-like jewel tones to lightly variegated natural effects. It's not intended as a standalone floor finish. After application, it should be integrated into the concrete using a premium concrete densifier before polishing or sealed with a protective coating.

Features and Benefits
Quick-dry formula minimizes job delays.
VOC-exempt carrier enables immediate dilution in acetone or alcohol blends.
Resists color bleed from water-based sealers and topcoats.
Packaged in small concentrate for easy storage.

Usage
Ideal for coloring interior new or old concrete, overlays, or other cementitious surfaces where moisture is not expected.
Suitable for floors, walls, ramps, countertops, and other concrete objects intended for polishing or coating with clear protective sealers.

Coverage Rates
Coverage will vary depending on the porosity and texture of the surface, surface preparation, and application technique. The typical coverage rate is 300–600 ft2 per diluted gallon (7.0–15 m2/L). Additional coats will increase the color and opacity.
